Four surfaces, one settlement layer
Wherever your customers check out.
Why Mailgent Pay
The payment rail card networks never let you build.
Two-second settlement.
USDC on Base mainnet. Funds land in the merchant wallet before the customer leaves the page. No three-day clearing, no hold periods.
Signed, on-chain receipts.
Every order returns an Ed25519 signed receipt and a Base transaction hash. Refund flow is a single signed reversal — there are no chargebacks to fight.
Customer wallets, no MetaMask.
Mailgent provisions a non-custodial smart wallet behind the scenes. Customers see an email + password sign-in. They never know they hold a wallet.
How it works
From customer click to funds in your wallet — in seconds.
The whole flow is HTTP and a single on-chain transaction. Your customer signs, Mailgent settles, your webhook fires. No clearing window, no payout cycle, no PCI compliance.
Customer signs up; wallet auto-provisions
Email + password (or OAuth). A smart contract wallet on Base is provisioned in the background. The customer never sees a seed phrase, a chain RPC, or a browser extension.
Customer hits a Mailgent-enabled checkout
Shopify, WooCommerce, or any site with the Mailgent Checkout snippet. The payment sheet looks familiar — a single tap to confirm the exact amount and merchant.
Mailgent settles on chain
Mailgent submits the signed transaction to Base, waits for confirmation (about two seconds), routes the USDC to the merchant's project wallet. Merchant gas is sponsored.
Webhook fires; merchant fulfills
HMAC-signed webhook with idempotency keys and exponential retries hits the merchant fulfillment endpoint. Signed receipt + Base transaction hash in every payload.
